This is my 16th in a series of periodic Desk Notes created to share project updates. As of Thursday, December 11, 2008, nine buyers had closed on their new homes and seven of them had moved in. Six more are scheduled to move in next week. This is so exciting! When Sandy and I walk around our neighborhood in the evening, we’re now seeing lights on in the occupied homes. Wow!

This is my 15th in a series of periodic Desk Notes sharing project updates and design features regarding Fifteen Twenty-One Second Avenue. It was an interesting summer in Seattle this year, with so many cool and rainy days I feel we were cheated. However, the weather did not bother Opus Construction. They're right on schedule, currently estimating the first homes will close late November, move-in’s starting December 1st, and approximately 40 homes scheduled to close by the end of December. Remember the closings start on the 7th floor, the first residential level, and proceed upward. You can view your estimated dates for your initial walk-through, your second walk-through and your closing by going on our web site: fifteentwentyone.com, “click to enter”, and on the left hand column near the bottom click on “Home Owner Information”, then follow the instructions to log in.
